Sentences were handed down by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley including jail terms issued for crimes ranging from burglary and grand theft down to driving without a license. Included in court sentencing:
• James Andrew Blevins was ordered to serve eight years in prison for grand theft and burglary.
• Iris Carmela Quinn was given a three-year sentence for fraudulently obtaining TennCare benefits.
• Trey Anthony Cole was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, perform 25 hours public service work and pay $75 plus costs and restitution for theft and criminal trespassing.
• Amber Jean Smith was ordered to serve 180 days of an eight-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for delivery of drugs.
• Robert S. Wellman was granted a three-year judicial diversion and must perform 100 hours public service work, pay $2,000 plus costs and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment for delivery of drugs.
• Randy Clark Gilley was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and will be admitted to the Adult Recovery Court for evading arrest.
• Charles William Evans was granted a two-year judicial diversion and must perform 100 hours public service work and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for burglary and theft.
• Andrew Tyler Hall was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence, ordered to pay $1,000 plus costs and enter the Adult Recovery Program for delivery of drugs.
• Jarrod Allen Herrin was directed to serve 60 days of a two-year sentence and make $215 restitution for grand theft.
• Patricia Paulette Keaton was granted a two-year judicial diversion and must perform 100 hours public service work and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for burglary and theft.
• Christopher R. Bowden must serve five days and pay $100 plus costs for driving without a license.
