Sentences were handed down last week by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley against several for trafficking and using illegal substances. Included in drug sentences:• Brandon Jeremy Girley was sentenced to serve six years in the state penitentiary and pay $2,000 plus costs for promoting the manufacture of meth.• Kevin Blake Gannon was ordered to serve 180 days of an eight-year sentence and pay $2,800 plus costs for initiating the process to manufacture meth and theft over $1,000.• Brent Alan Anderson was ordered to serve 150 days of a four-year sentence and must pay $2,000 plus costs for delivery of morphine and clonazepam.• Roger Dale Hosse II was directed to serve 140 days of an eight-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for initiating the process to manufacture meth.• Wayne Nathan Jones was ordered to serve 120 days of a four-year sentence, pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 40 hours public service work for delivery of dihydrocodeinone.• Tammy Lucinda Franklin was directed to serve 120 days of an eight-year sentence, pay $2,000 plus costs and enter the drug court program for delivery of meth.• David Lee Rogers was directed to serve 90 days of a two-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for promoting the manufacture of meth.• Bobby Dewayne Stoner was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $1,000 plus costs for casual exchange of drugs.• Mark Allen Brewington was placed on probation for one year and must pay $2,000 plus costs for attempted delivery of Bupremorphine.• James William England was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $750 plus costs for casual exchange of marijuana.
