Sentences were handed down recently by Judge Bart Stanley in Circuit Court from crimes ranging from drug dealing to drunk driving. Included in court action:• James Paul Bailey was ordered to serve 360 days of a 12-year sentence and must pay $2,000 and perform 16 hours public service work for delivery of drugs.• David Flanagan was ordered to serve 120 days of an eight-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for initiating the process to manufacture meth. He has been accepted into the Drug Court program.• Christopher Gayle Lorance was instructed to serve 90 days of a three-year sentence and must pay $2,000 plus costs for possession of drugs with intent to deliver.• Brandon L. Robbins was instructed to serve three days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $500 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for possession of drugs, possession of a handgun while under the influence and DUI.• Tiffany Renee Williams was directed to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence for theft.• Vincent Hunter Reed was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and must undergo anger management for violating an order of protection.• Micki Allen Thomas was given a four-year probationary sentence and was placed in the Drug Court program on charges of delivery of Alprazolam and morphine.
