Included in probation violators:• Phillip Holden Mooneyham must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation for aggravated assault, aggravated cruelty to animals, violating an order of protection and fraudulently obtaining drugs.• Johnny Ramos was instructed to serve 180 days of a four-year sentence, perform 48 hours public service work, pay $2,000 and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violating his probation for initiating the process to manufacture meth.• Tony Eugene Moore was ordered to serve 180 days for violating his probation for promoting the manufacture of meth.• Holden Scott Nunley must serve 90 days and have his probation extended by six months for violating his probation for attempted child neglect.• Jason Byars must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation for promoting the manufacture of meth.• Christy G. Steven must serve 90 days for violating her probation for second-offense DUI, fourth-offense driving on a suspended license, tampering with evidence and initiating the process to manufacture meth.• Randy Glen Ross must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation for evading arrest, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.• Dewayne Allen Reeder was directed to serve 58 days and have his probation extended by six months for violating his probation for criminal impersonation and driving on a suspended license.• Timothy Dewayne Gay must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation for grand theft.• Jason Thatch must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation for forgery and theft.• Stephanie Phillips Vargas must serve the balance of her sentence for violating her probation for fraudulently obtaining drugs and TennCare benefits.• Donald Thomas Tanner must serve 150 days for violating his probation for grand theft and domestic assault.• Tiffany Williams must serve five days for violating her probation for theft and passing a worthless check.• Bobby Ray Stoner Jr., must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation for possession of drugs.• Joshua Coty Gilley must serve 180 days for violating his probation for grand theft.• Mistie Lacerte was ordered to serve 10 days for violating her probation for theft.• Lori Renee Mayor was instructed to serve 120 days for violating her probation for aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and DUI.• Lawrence Dewaine Manis must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation for eighth-offense DUI and violation of habitual offender status.
