Sentences were handed down by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley for crimes ranging from repeat drunk driving to violation of probation. Included in circuit sentencing:• Brandon N. Loader was ordered to serve 180 days of a two-year sentence, pay $250 plus costs and perform 40 hours public service work for second-offense driving on a revoked license and possession of drug paraphernalia.• Boyd Clayton Goins was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 60 hours public service work for second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Steve Ledbetter was directed to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $75 plus costs, perform 40 hours public service work and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI.• Justin Charles Elrod was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work for evading arrest on foot.• Treva R. Martin must serve two days and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.• Marcos Alberto Portillo must serve two days and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.• Randall L. Steeval was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $100 plus costs and perform 32 hours public service work for third-offense driving on a suspended license.• Carla Jean Keener was instructed to serve 10 days of a one-year sentence and make $2,616 restitution for hindering secured creditors.• Ethan Price was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for violating his probation for aggravated assault, rioting and reckless endangerment.• Lorin Rush Reedy was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence and perform 100 hours public service work for violating her probation for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
