Sentences were handed down recently by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley against five who failed to take advantage of their second chances.Included in circuit court probation violators:• Michelle Ashley had her probation extended by two years for violating her probation for prior convictions on charges of theft and possession of drugs.• Christopher Bowden must serve 48 hours and have his probation extended by two years for violating his probation on his prior conviction for delivery of drugs.• Michelle Taylor Bullard was released on time served and placed back on community corrections for violating her probation on her prior conviction on the charge of felony theft.• Terry Lee King Sr. placed back on community corrections for violating his probation on his prior convictions on charges of delivery of drugs.• Christopher Shawn McCormick was instructed to serve 35 days of a three-year sentence for violating his judicial diversion on the charge of burglary.
