Men in Black was the theme for the annual McMinnville-Warren County Chamber of Commerce banquet held Monday night at the Civic Center. Many men and women were dressed in black and white reminiscent of the movie which starred Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones.The 2013 McMinnville-Warren County Chamber of Commerce Distinguished Citizen of the Year is a native of Warren County who began his career as an apprentice lineman at McMinnville Electric System, was then chosen to oversee the Energy Services programs, and currently serves as manager of environmental services and relations at MES.Randy Garrison was introduced to the crowd by last year’s Distinguished Citizen winner, Michael Chilcutt. Chilcutt said, “In his lengthy career at MES, he has advised many, many local citizens on proper energy-saving measures to make their homes and businesses more energy efficient.
