Masonry work began Friday at Bojangles. Framing work began last Saturday and was complete by Monday. The restaurant is expected to be open at the end of October.
I received some ribbing after last week’s column where I expressed exasperation at not being able to find any information on the opening of Bojangles.It was pointed out that I often prance around and pretend to be the Business Guru. If that’s in fact true, it was noted, I should at least be able to determine when Bojangles is going to start serving chicken and biscuits in McMinnville.It’s a valid argument and I can’t muster much of a defense. Can I plead temporary insanity?
