They’re back.A year after being removed, hamburgers will be back on the menu at McMinnville Parks and Recreation concession stands this summer.Parks and Recreation director Scott McCord says he’s listening to the demand of the community and the supply of hamburgers will resume.“We decided to bring them back,” said McCord. “We have heard the public and we’ve listened. We want people to have an all-around positive, fun experience when they are watching the game and eating good food.”The announcement was made in April 2013 that hamburgers would be removed from the menu for financial reasons because hamburgers are a big-ticket item.Complaints of hamburger withdrawal began after the announcement was made and continued when individuals began visiting the ballfields to watch games.
