Park Theatre renovation will include a heating and cooling unit, as well as electrical and plumbing, totaling $40,861. Both measures were considered Tuesday night and bids were accepted by the McMinnville Board of Mayor and Aldermen.Under consideration first was a bid from Charles Stone Heating and Cooling in the amount of $13,900 to provide HVAC for the Park Theatre’s office area on the second floor.Alderman Jimmy Bonner questioned, “Is this part of the $2 million that we borrowed to do Park Theatre? “No,” said Mayor Jimmy Haley.
