The number of animals coming into Warren County Animal Control are slowing, according to Animal Control director Kim Pettrey.“This month, we are actually down some in the number of animals coming in,” she said. “The cats have slowed down and so have the dogs. I’m hoping we are in a quiet spell.”At the end of October, Animal Control had 48 dogs and 17 cats.
