A group of electric cars, scooters, motorcycles and bicycles will be riding into McMinnville today. The group will be entering Court Square at approximately 1 p.m. and a Freedom Festival is planned for 6-9 p.m. at the Farmers Market.“We don’t know exactly what time we will be getting into downtown McMinnville,” said McMinnville Mayor Jimmy Haley. “They estimate is between 1 and 1:30 p.m. We will be going to Court Square on Main Street.”The parade of electric-powered vehicles will be coming into town from Harrison Ferry Road and making its way into McMinnville via Beersheba Street.
