The Warren County Middle School baseball team continued its undefeated streak and improved to 3-0 Monday night against the Coffee County Middle Red Raiders at Pioneer Park for game one of the season with the Red Raiders. The Pioneer bats came alive in the bottom of the sixth inning, scoring five runs, to put a close game out of reach to win 7-2.Pioneer first baseman Will Rivers had a strong contribution at the plate going 2-for-4 with an RBI. Starting pitcher Kason Holder pitched five innings earning his first win of the year, while striking out seven Red Raiders, and allowing one earned run. Jack Keele came in for his first save in the sixth inning, and struck out three Red Raiders.The Red Raiders took advantage in the top of the first and scored the first run of the game on an RBI single from Blanton Brown, and went into the bottom of the inning with a 1-0 advantage.
