Facing their toughest challenge yet, the Warren County Middle School 7-8 grade Lady Pioneers fell to visiting Coffee County, 46-28, Monday night.Lady Pioneer Nautica Brown led the Warren County offense with 13 points, but the entire offense struggled with the height and accuracy of the Lady Raiders falling behind, 20-11, at halftime.“They’re a really good team,” said WCMS coach Isaiah Phillips. “They were last year’s top team.”Also scoring for the Lady Pioneers were Kamryn Nowlin with 5 points, Madalyn Stubblefield 3 points, Elia Atterson, Taylor Swann, and Brooke Evans all had 2 points apiece, and Kaydee Rains was good for 1 point.The Lady Pioneers travel to Shelbyville Harris on Nov. 17.
