Everything came up aces as the varsity WCHS Lady Pioneer volleyball team (11-3, 4-3) hosted Cumberland County’s Lady Jets on Tuesday night and earned a district win. The JV Lady Pioneers (9-0) followed suit, defeating the Lady Jets in two straight games.Varsity match scores were 25-12, 23-25, 25-13 and 25-22.“This was the best match we have had as far as keeping our composure, yet playing with high intensity at the same time,” said WCHS coach Katie Rogers. “For the most part, the girls did not let up during this match.
