Bitter cold temperatures haven’t deterred the Warren County Pioneers soccer team from practicing for the 2015 season. First-year head coach Orion Smith said the cold weather won’t stop players from taking the field, adding it toughens them and raises the Pioneer spirit to play in brutal conditions.Coach Smith was assistant coach under Todd Willmore for the past two years so he is familiar with his players and says they are not just athletes. Coach Smith said he keeps up with his players in the classroom as well as keeping up with them on the field.
