WCHS basketball teams recognize seniors

Warren County High School Pioneer senior KRojhn Calbert was honored on senior night with a trophy basketball. He was accompanied by his grandmother, Willie Martin, left, and aunt Glenda Smith. Calbert has been a member of the basketball team for four years and his future plans include attending UT on scholarship to play football and hopefully to play in the NFL.

WCHS Lady Pioneers
Anna Grace Bain – Anna is the daughter of Scott and Rhonda Bain and has been a member of the WCHS Lady Pioneers for four years. Anna’s future plans include becoming a dental hygienist.
Elsa Eckenrod -  Elsa is the daughter of Bob and Kelly Eckenrod and has been a member of the WCHS Lady Pioneers for four years. Elsa’s future plans include attending Maryville College to major in either business or education and minor in American Sign Language.
Rylan Moore – Rylan is the daughter of Ryan and Erica Moore and has been a WCHS Lady Pioneer for four years. Rylan’s future plans include attending Motlow College to become a neonatal nurse.
Jayden Smith – Jayden is the daughter of Michael and Tonya Smith and has been a member of the WCHS Lady Pioneers for four years. Jayden’s future plans include attending ETSU and eventually becoming an orthodontist.
Hailey Taylor – Hailey was the daughter of Michael Taylor and Kim and Dale Nunley. WCHS wanted to take this opportunity to recognize the family of Hailey Taylor. Hailey is an inspiration to us all and the Lady Pioneers presented her family with a basketball to honor her with her senior class teammates.

WCHS Pioneers
Brendan Breedlove – Brendan is the son of Phillip and Teri Smith and has been a member of the WCHS Pioneers for three years. Brendan’s future plans include attending college and majoring in business.
Tommy Smith – Tommy is the son of Phillip and Teri Smith and has been a member of the WCHS Pioneers for four years. Tommy’s future plans include attending Tennessee Tech to study nutrition and dietetics.
Hunter Black – Hunter is the son of Fredia Coldwell and Stephen Black and has been a member of the WCHS Pioneers for one year. Hunter’s future plans include attending Motlow for two years and eventually transferring to the New York School of Law to receive a doctorate in law.
K’Rojhn Calbert – K’Rojhn is the grandson of Willie Martin and nephew of Glenda Smith and has been a member of the WCHS Pioneers for four years. K’Rojhn’s future plans include attending the University of Tennessee on scholarship to play football and hopefully to play in the NFL one day.
Isaac Golden – Isaac is the son of Eric and Nancy Golden and has been a member of the WCHS Pioneers for four years. Isaac’s future plans include attending college at either UTC or MTSU.
McCall Turner – McCall is the son of Chad and Jennifer Turner and has been a member of the WCHS Pioneers for four years. McCall’s future plans include attending Tennessee Tech and majoring in engineering.
Logan Wilson - Logan is the son of DeWayne and Melinda Wilson and has been a member of the WCHS Pioneers for three years. Logan’s future plans include attending the University of Memphis on a full scholarship for mechanical engineering.
