In her second year as head coach of the Warren County High School volleyball team, Dena Upton wants to see improvement from her Lady Pioneers. Early results have Upton smiling thus far.The Lady Pioneers, who will officially begin their season Monday, Aug. 11, got in a good workout last weekend while taking part in the Chattanooga Choo Choo playday. Coach Upton saw several things that made her believe her team is already playing at a higher level than it did at anytime last season, when the Lady Pioneers struggled to a 5-29 record.“We looked much improved.
