It was a long journey back to even, but the Lady Broncos have finally gotten back to .500 for the season. Boyd smashed Dickson Christian Academy 69-30 Saturday, evening its record at 12-12 this season.

Miranda Medley scored 21 points and Laney Copeland added 19 as the Lady Broncos were cooking from outside. Boyd hit 10 triples in the victory, seven coming from their sweet-shooting guards and two more from freshman Shelby Miller. Paige Sweeten also hit from deep.

Boyd hasn't had an even record since beating Bradley on the second night of the season, but its third straight win - and fifth in the last six games - brought the team back to even while improving the group to 6-2 in TSIAA games.
