Warren County resident Cally Bost competed this weekend and will have completed not one, but two Reebok Trifectas in December totaling six races , 63 plus miles and around 150 obstacles completed in 2016. Bost chose Pocahontas as her Halloween theme this year.
With the JROTC Warren County Raiders heading off to the Raider Nationals this weekend to participate in the military’s version of extreme sports in Georgia, at least one Warren County resident has completed two Spartan Trifecta’s so far this year in Reebok’s extreme sports challenge, a civilian version of Army Ranger training.McMinnville’s Cally Bost started her journey into extreme sports to lose some weight. Training on her own, she trained herself and found an affinity for it. While competing in an event, she ran into another Warren County athlete and trainer Brandon Eckel, owner and trainer at Carbide Crossfit in McMinnville, who invited Bost to train further with a coach.
