On a blustery day, the McMinnville Special Games took place at Nunley Stadium on Saturday May 14. This was the fifth annual games, which saw adults compete in the morning session and children in the afternoon. Seventy-six participated and there were plenty of things to do, including a softball-throwing competition to begin the games, long-distance jumping competition and a 100-meter race, with every participant smiling and giving it their all on the field.
