A day of up-and-down golf by the Lady Pioneer golf team has left the group far away from its dream of a state championship.Warren County finished the first day of the state golf tournament in fourth place at plus-11, far behind current leader Rossview. Junior Saylem Powell finished with an 85.Coach J.W. Holt believes his girls can post a score Wednesday, when the second round is played, that could potentially erase the big deficit.“Rossview is going to be tough to catch up to at this point.
