Last season, Warren County High School girls basketball coach Erick Baird debuted the Sun Drop Romp Christmas tournament. Since last year’s event, which was won by the Trousdale County Lady Jackets, interest has grown and the tournament has expanded.The second annual Sun Drop Romp Christmas tournament features 22 teams, 12 in the boy’s division and 10 more in the ladies bracket.The tournament games will be split between two gyms. Warren County High School will host games on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at Charlie Dalton Gym while Boyd Christian School will welcome teams all week at J.K. Stanley Gymnasium.The Lady Pioneers and Pioneers will both take part in the tournament, as will the Boyd Broncos.
