The beginning of fall practice is still three weeks away, but that hasn't stopped the Warren County High School football team from getting in work this summer.The Pioneers began a long week of camps Monday when the team participated in 7-on-7 games at Cookeville High School. Warren County played against DeKalb County and Smith County – opponents it will face in the regular season this fall – along with Upperman.New Pioneer coach Scott Smith was glad to get the opportunity to be on the field Monday in Cookeville and see his team in action. While the results were up and down, coach Smith got time to stress the fundamentals he wants to see from his team.“Right now, we are spending most of our time on getting our timing down between the quarterbacks and receivers.
