Taking over a program that has struggled to stay above .500 the last few years gives coach John Dillard a challenge. Add in two new programs to District 6-AAA and the degree of difficulty for the Warren County High School boys basketball team raises even more.Dillard realized the work he has ahead of him when he agreed to be Warren County’s coach in May. After two weeks of practice and two playday games, the newest leader of the Pioneers sees his team is willing to do the work necessary to get better.“The guys are doing everything I’ve asked of them,” said Dillard.
