If you went into Friday’s scrimmage at Nunley Stadium not knowing which team was which, you would’ve come away thinking the boys in blue were the state runners-up last year. That would be the Pioneers.Warren County had its most impressive outing of the fall Friday when it topped Giles County 27-25 in a home scrimmage. It was the third straight scrimmage win for the Pioneers, who came into the contest with impressive showings against Summit and Page in previous weeks. The first half consisted of both teams using their varsity players.
