A cold Tuesday night was the best setting for the Warren County Middle School baseball team to serve some revenge to Shelbyville Harris Middle School.Three days after Harris toppled the Pioneers 4-3 in extra innings, A.D. Majors threw a complete-game shutout to beat the Eagles 2-0 on their home field.Warren County (2-1) had a chance to beat Shelbyville Saturday, but a late rally gave the Eagles bragging rights briefly. Majors made sure the Eagles couldn’t boast long though.Majors mystified Shelbyville all night, allowing only one hit and getting out of a late jam to pick up the win. Coach David Martin thought the performance by his eighth-grade pitcher was sensational.“It was the best game I’ve seen A.D. throw,” said Martin.
