Despite having been dealt a loss by Blackman last week, the Pioneers gave the Murfreesboro powerhouse team a real challenge staying close the entire game, containing the Blaze offense effectively and moving the chains on multiple scoring drives.A longer road trip this week to Hardin Valley Academy (7-3) in Knoxville will give Warren County another chance to use its tuned-up offense and maybe even be a spoiler for the Hawks who are rated in the top 10 as most likely to win the playoffs.
