The Warren County Pioneers and Cumberland County Jets put runners aboard in their seven-inning test of wills. The Pioneers got out of the gate slow and were down through four innings 4-1, but a huge five-run fifth inning catapulted them into the lead 6-4 and the Pioneer defense kept the Jets grounded for the final two innings of play.Cumberland County pounded out 11 hits compared to six by Warren County. The difference was Cumberland County left 10 of those runners stranded on base.Merek McColloch allowed four runs over five innings and walked seven.
