The Boyd Lady Broncos returned home from Dayton, Tennessee Friday night from their NACA tournament run as Division 5 National Champions. It is their second championship banner earned this season and both came in the span of one week as they were crowned MTAC conference champions after upsetting the Lady Lions of Lighthouse Christian Academy the Friday before. The championship game was their toughest game yet at the NACA tournament as the Lady Broncos were held to only 43 total points. However their defense was top notch as Boyd held the Lady Knights of Knoxville Christian High School to just 33.
