With over a decade of bowling, members of McMinnville’s Gold and Silver League compete against each other every week. One thing you might notice if you attend a match would be the comradery shared.Even though each bowler would love to be top-dog for bragging rights, the group interacts like a large family out for some holiday fun when they play at KP’s McMinnville Lanes every Tuesday.“A lot of us are as close as a big family,” said Gold and Silver president Colleen Eslick. “If somebody is sick we give them encouragement and sometimes we bowl Friday afternoon as well to practice, then go out for dinner.
