Lady Tiger Jayla Hudson scored Irving College’s only points in the first quarter as Dibrell forged ahead 24-2. In the second quarter, Irving College worked to close the gap as four additional players were able to score some points.

Dibrell lost it in the second quarter a bit, unable to score as much. The two teams scored 9 points total for the quarter, but with the lead that the Lady Wildcats achieved in the first quarter, the Lady Tigers were still down 33-11 at halftime.

The second half proved to be a more even fight as Dibrell only outscored Irving College by 3 points. The Lady Wildcats’ guard play weakened in the second half leading to much fewer points scored for Dibrell.
