The Warren County High School girls basketball team got its season off to a great start Tuesday in Franklin County.Playing in the opening game of the Jeff Taylor Classic, the Lady Pioneers downed Cascade 61-28. Warren County, projected in the preseason to finish at the bottom of the District 6-AAA standings, led wire-to-wire against Lady Champions. Callie Cathcart, the lone senior on the Lady Pioneers, and junior guard Megan Patch led the team with 14 points apiece.The Warren County boys team was scheduled to play Cascade on Tuesday night as well.
