Boyd Christian’s Lady Broncos went on a clean sweep this weekend, defeating both rivals by a handy margin. On Friday, Boyd played host to West Academy and defended the house with a dominant 81-45 victory.Then on Saturday, Boyd hit the road to Clarksville and claimed another commanding victory, 60-17, cementing the Lady Broncos’ position as the No. 1 seeded team in the South Division in the MTAC.In Friday’s home game, Boyd jumped off to a 15-10 first-quarter lead it would never relinquish as it was 58-32 at the break.The Lady Bronco offense worked inside the paint for much of their scoring with Morgan DeWeese hitting a game-high 23 points all from inside the arc.
