Katie Rogers knows the feeling of having her volleyball career end at the hands of Soddy Daisy. Now the leader of the Lady Pioneer volleyball program, Rogers didn’t want to see her talented group of seniors go out the same way Monday night. They didn’t.With a berth to the region on the line, the Warren County High School volleyball team avenged two regular-season losses by downing the Lady Trojans in straight sets. The Lady Pioneers won 25-19, 25-16 and 25-19.“I think our girls had the determination they were going to win the match as soon as they walked on the court,” said Rogers, a senior member of the first-ever WCHS volleyball team to advance to regionals in 2010.
