Even though the temperature dropped, it didn’t take long for Warren County Middle School to heat up in its soccer game against Algood. The Pioneers went on to defeat Algood by a final score of 4-1 in a chilly Friday afternoon game.It did take some time before WCMS made its first goal, 10:46 to play in the first half if you are keeping up. WCMS had some close calls on goal with a couple of early shots hitting the cross bar and sidebar of the Algood goal.
