The second round of the Newtown co-ed late league went down Wednesday evening after a few sprinkles knocked down the dust and cooler temperatures moved through. Montgomery Construction was paired against Gann’s. Gann’s offense was constant and relentless, while Montgomery Construction was a little sporadic and Gann’s defeated Montgomery Construction by a final score of 20-10 with a walk-off base hit.Matt Wilson led the top of the fifth inning off with a solo home run blast heard throughout the park.
