The Pioneers appear to be limping toward the start of the regular season.With the start of the season seven days away, coach Tommy Johnson is dealing with a rash of injuries across the offensive line and at several skill positions.While bumps and bruises are expected after three weeks of intense practice, the Pioneers are struggling with significant injuries that have kept players out of play for lengthy stretches.Senior wide receiver and safety Lee Carden returned to practice this week after missing last week with an injury. Likewise, senior lineman Ethan Turner has missed all week with an injury.
