It will be a little longer before tennis enthusiasts can make a racket at McMinnville Civic Center. David Dunlap announced this week the Dr Pepper tennis tournament, slated to be held Aug. 9-11, has been canceled. This follows the cancellation of the Security Federal tennis tournament last month.
