It didn't take long for Dry Shave Mountain Nursery to take the Morrison Senior League title Thursday night. Dry Shave completely dominated the title tile, beating Southern Central 16-0 in just five innings.

Dry Shave didn't need long to pile up runs. The team was hot from the start as John Garrett, Breezy Wanamaker, Jalen Watson, Matthew Vandagriff and Asa Robertson started the game with five straight hits and also came around to score.

Already up 5-0 after the first inning, Dry Shave erupted for 10 more runs in the second. Daylin Oakes was huge at the plate in the frame, opening the second with a homer and wrapping it up with a three-run, inside-the-park HR to put the team up 15-0.

Watson added the final touches in the third, hitting a home run of his own to cap a 3-for-3 performance at the plate.

The offense didn't add anything in the fourth, but the defense made sure Southern Central stayed at zero. Southern Central was held to just one hit over the last three innings as the Dry Shave, the regular season champion, added to its trophy collection with a shutout in the tournament championship.

After the game, Garrett and Wanamaker was named the Director's Choice top players in the Morrison senior league.
