Cornerstone picks up win Madison Street moves into tie for first place

With the end of the Church League fast approaching, teams in the women’s leagues are still battling for seeding in the Church League tournament. Cornerstone picked up a crucial win in Women’s B division Tuesday night at Warren County Fairgrounds, defeating First Baptist 15-13 to move to 5-5 on the year. Madison Street also picked up a key victory, winning 19-9 over the Baptist Misfits to tie New Bybee’s at the top of the Women’s A division.
