STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) — New Oklahoma State basketball coach Brad Underwood has announced the hiring of an assistant coach from South Carolina.

Underwood announced Monday that Lamont Evans will join the OSU after spending the past four seasons at South Carolina. Evans previously worked as an assistant coach at Kansas State.

Evans played at Seminole Junior College in Florida and St. Catharine College in Kentucky before completing his college career with two seasons at Drake.
