It appears the final buzzer has sounded for Jaycee Basketball.In its place, the city of McMinnville has picked up the ball and is looking to score a successful season.Sign-ups are currently under way and will last until Sept. 30 for McMinnville Youth Basketball. Games for the inaugural season will be played at the Civic Center and Bobby Ray Elementary.“We’re not looking to make any significant changes, we’re just making sure kids have a place to play ball,” said Parks and Recreation representative Terry Beard. “The way we look at it, if it’s not broke then don’t fix it.
