KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Alex Bullard has received a hardship waiver from the NCAA that will allow him to play as an offensive lineman at Tennessee during the 2011 season. Bullard, a Franklin native, transferred from Notre Dame to Tennessee at the start of the 2011 spring semester following the death of his father. Tennessee and Bullard were notified of the waiver on Thursday.
