The Broncos from Boyd Christian School were back on the court Thursday night in their first contest in the MTAC tournament. Boyd secured first place in the southern division of the MTAC with a 12-1 district record earning them a No. 1 seed.The Broncos clearly had more horsepower than the Colts could contain and they defeated the Colts 76-48.Bronco Isaiah Blanton led Boyd by scoring a game-high 16 points followed by Trey Cantrell with 15 points.Tyler Beaty got Boyd on the board first with a 3-pointer from the right corner.
