The chilly weather this week didn’t seem to bother Christian Barrett. The senior Boyd guard was red hot when his team took the court Tuesday night at home.Barrett scored a season-high 31 points to lead the Broncos to a 68-47 victory over Franklin Christian Academy. Boyd (15-10) bounced back from its first loss of 2014 Monday – a 68-30 drubbing at Clay County – with its eighth straight MTAC win that moved the Broncos to 10-1 in conference play.
