The Boyd Christian Broncos claimed a national championship on Saturday with their win over the Chattanooga Patriots in a convincing 63-44 win in the National Association of Christian Athletes tournament held in Dayton. Tyler Beaty’s 17-point performance led the way for Boyd, who played through four games in making it to the championship round in Division 6 of the tourney that drew teams from across the United States. The Broncos came out with guns blazing in the opening quarter as they galloped past the Patriots.
