League leaders fell Tuesday night in men’s Church League action at Warren County Fairgrounds.Morrison, which went into Tuesday with an undefeated record in the Men’s B division, lost 28-25 to the Believers, while the Men’s A division leading Christian Warriors fell 22-14 to Centertown.The night of upsets started when the Believers knocked Morrison out of the ranks of unbeatens behind huge home runs from Kendal Wooten and Houston Youngblood.Wooten’s three-run home run in the top of the sixth inning gave the Believers a 23-22 lead, while Youngblood’s three-run blast in the seventh proved to be the difference.Ryan Williams tried his best to keep Morrison in the game in the bottom of the seventh. With his team trailing 28-22, Williams hit his second home run of the game, moving him into a tie for the league lead in home runs.The three-run shot to left field cut the lead in half, but Morrison left two runners on base when the final out was made.Jared Underwood and Kris Scruggs led the Believers with five hits apiece. Youngblood , Wooten and Omar Benetiz each finished with four hits.
