Pioneers participate in pad-less passing practice
McCall-TurnerWEB
McCall Turner turns upfield after making one of his several catches on the day for the Pioneers in their scrimmage against Tullahoma on Tuesday morning at WCHS.
On a hot and humid Tuesday morning at the WCHS practice field, the Warren County High School football team participated in a seven-on-seven scrimmage against the Tullahoma Wildcats. The scrimmage was strictly based on passing as both team didn’t run the ball and it was pad-less. The Pioneers were coming off a two-week layoff during the TSSAA dead period and looked a little rusty on both sides of the ball to start the scrimmage, but ended on a high note thanks to magnificent play by receivers and solid defense.
