I just thought of a great idea to make money for Warren County Animal Control and Adoption Center (WCACAC).

County Administrator Terry Bell can be the circus barker and the freak dogs will be behind the curtain. Come one, come all; you will be amazed and you won’t believe your eyes - the curtain will open and there will be the “freaks.” Charge $5 and give out free popcorn.

I also want to point out the very rude man that answered at the County Executive office who would not give me his name - God knows it for sure. I’m not sure where the saying came from, but “Do not look for mercy from above when you have shown no mercy beneath you.”
